Booking Policy & Terms and Conditions

Booking Process

After purchasing a session or package, clients may choose their preferred trainer.

Once the booking is confirmed, the assigned trainer will contact the client to schedule the sessions based on her preferred days, times, and availability.

All training programs begin with an initial assessment session, during which we will:

Discuss the client’s fitness goals.

Assess her current fitness level and physical condition.

Recommend the most suitable training program.

Adjust the EMS device settings according to her individual needs.

Following the assessment, a personalized training schedule will be arranged with the trainer.

Package Validity

To encourage consistency and achieve the best results, package validity is as follows:

* 8-Session Package: Valid for 30 days.

* 12-Session Package: Valid for 45 days.

* 16-Session Package: Valid for 60 days.

Any unused sessions will expire once the package validity period ends and are non-refundable or transferable unless otherwise approved by KONTUR.

Booking Policy

  1. Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.
  2. Sessions may be rescheduled by notifying the trainer at least 24 hours in advance.
  3. Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as a completed session.
  4. All bookings are subject to trainer and service area availability.

Package Freeze

Each package may be frozen once during its validity period for a maximum of 14 days, subject to emergency circumstances and prior approval from the KONTUR team.
