Terms and Conditions – Kontur EMS

Package Duration: Sessions must be completed before the package expires: 8 sessions within 4 weeks, 12 sessions within 6 weeks, and 16 sessions within 8 weeks.

Package Freeze: The customer is entitled to freeze the package only once: for one week for the 8- and 12-session packages, and for two weeks for the 16-session package.
Appointments and Cancellations: Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as a session from the remaining balance, up to a maximum of 3 times for the 8-session package, 3 times for the 12-session package, and 4 times for the 16-session package.

Appointment Changes: Appointments are scheduled in coordination with the trainer. Kontur reserves the right to modify or reschedule sessions when necessary, while providing an alternative appointment. Kontur also reserves the right to provide a qualified substitute trainer when the primary trainer is unavailable.
Health and Safety: Customers must disclose any medical condition that may affect the safe use of EMS, including diabetes, high blood pressure, or any other medical condition, and must not use EMS if there is a medical contraindication. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the health information provided.

EMS Usage: Customers must follow the trainer’s instructions regarding the device, training intensity, and session duration. EMS is intended to support physical fitness and is not a substitute for medical treatment or medical advice.
Payment and Refunds: Payments and refunds are subject to the applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia. Fees for sessions that have already been used or counted due to a no-show or late cancellation are non-refundable. Kontur reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in cases of misuse of the service or violation of these terms, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Conduct: Customers must maintain respectful conduct toward trainers and staff. Kontur reserves the right to terminate a membership or refuse future bookings in cases of abusive or inappropriate behavior, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Package Transfer: Packages are personal and may not be transferred without Kontur’s approval. A transfer fee of SAR 500 may apply. The transferred package remains subject to its original expiration date unless otherwise approved by Kontur.

Privacy: Customer data is used to manage memberships and bookings, provide services, and communicate with customers. Customer data will only be used for marketing purposes with the customer’s consent, in compliance with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection regulations.
Complaints and Disputes: Any complaint or dispute must first be submitted to Kontur’s management for amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Amendments: Kontur reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Kontur’s Commitment: Kontur is committed to providing a safe and professional service, implementing appropriate safety and quality measures, and conducting EMS sessions through qualified trainers.
Customer Consent: By completing a booking or purchase and selecting “I Agree” or signing, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, confirms the accuracy of their health information, and agrees to disclose any relevant information.
